- The Rules -

As with every adoptable, there are rules to obey. Failure to comply may result in punshiment such as losing your existing Regali, being banned for a few releases/breedings, and depending on the severity of the rule broken, a permament ban.

1. All art, web design, and concepts regarding the World of Alyrr and its inhabitants (ie. the Regali) are © B. Veenstra. Do not steal, alter, copy, or redistribute them in ANY way without explicit permission from myself. This includes cropping, flipping, re-sizing, coloring, or claiming them as your own creation. The Regali are an original species, and theft on any level will not be tolerated and is punishable by law. If you want to crop for any reason, ask before doing so.

2. All candidates submitted for consideration must be original characters. This means you may not use a copyright character from any novel, movie, etc.

3. Do not steal anyone else's character and/or Regali. Doing so will result in being banned from future releases, either temporarily or permamently.

4. You may submit up to two seperate candidates, or 'Seekers', when applications are being accepted (unless stated otherwise).

5. Seekers native to Alyrr must be humanoid. World-walking sentient beings interested in being a Seeker are not required to be humanoid, but must be similar (anthropomorphic).

6. You may submit a Sponsor candidate instead of a Seeker if you don't want the character to Bond. Regali do not require Bondmates and some are known to Bond later in life.

7. There must be a link back to Regalis Lullabis Haven (http://www.lullafly.com/regalis) on the every page that the character and/or Regalis is posted.

8. Regali are not re-sellable for any form of currency, real or virtual. Trading is only considered under special circumstances. Because of the bond between them, both the character and Regalis must remain together if a Regalis is to be traded. Exceptions include situations when the Regali is accompanying a "sponsor", but has not been bonded.

9. Role-playing is permitted, but please remain very aware of Regali behavioral patterns characteristic to the species, as well as their cultural tendencies. This means you can't role-play your Regali as an evil creature plotting to take over the world, as that is not compliant with their behavior or culture.

10. Names must follow the naming rules. All Regali have two names. The first name is given by the Regali parents or community shortly after hatching, and the second is earned when the Regali reaches two years of age. The second is English in nature and always descriptive of that Regali. I will provide the first name on most occasions, and you may determine the second name as long as I approve it.
